Half Life

It’s getting to be
A pretty safe bet
That half of my life
Is already lived

Fortunately the
Opposite of me
Is uranium
It’s half-life, decay

In the last four years
My mind and heart have
Come to awaken
So here begins part two!

    1. Ron, I do hope you write about it. There seems to be so little road map on aging. And so often we seem to do it poorly, grandparents, parents, older friends, friends parents. Is there no way to age well? Must life, at the end, become hell?
