Ever the outsider

First, the womb
Swaddling, then bascinet,
Door then, outside room
Kept him just outside the family
Door, opened
Running far afield
With a bicycle, outside got bigger.
Other kids, barrel staves
Bound within iron (social) circles.
Sharpened outside line.
His No.2 got ground down
Every time he stuck it in.
Outcast. Thrown away again,
Until he Art found.
That really biggerized outside!

Until one day he stopped
To look at what he wrote,
And didn't recognize a word.

Outside became inside again
That door shut in his face.
Outside the outsiders.
Beyond the beyond section,
Outside his own creation,
Can't bear to read it
Doesnt dare to stop writing
Surprised by it, awed
