What better way to illustrate the total and utter immersion that poetry is for you. Nailed it.

Never thought I would enjoy pickles before 9am. But it seems poetic pickles belong to their own food group. And they taste delicious with coffee. 🙂

Fantastic serio-comic metaphor! (And your three words from Magaly’s quote were “is”, “are” and “and”, right?)

Ah, yes – you were supposed to use 13 words from her quote – that is what made it so hard!

yeah well. i tried again here: https://erbiage.wordpress.com/2018/04/13/deaths-roommate/ it has the 13 words but the metaphor is a bit uninspired.

Short, sweet and pickled – it reminded me of the Arlo Guthrie song: ‘ don’t want a pickle, I just wanna ride on my motor cycle (pronounced sickle)’I
